Empowered by the financial services industry, she is driven by a deep desire to help women and diverse individuals not only create wealth but also preserve it for future generations. Her journey led her to entrepreneurship, founding Alexander Legacy, and now, she feels called to serve her growing client base while making a significant social impact in her local Detroit community and beyond.

Zarinah "Zee" Traci Silas, Partner and Co-Founder of ARCH LLC, whose name means "Golden Queen Warrior of the Woods," embodies her passion for protecting and educating women—especially fellow mothers—through life's toughest challenges. With over 20 years as an experienced crisis management executive in national security, academia, law enforcement, and more, Zee is a master at gracefully approaching difficult topics, unifying communities, and forging strategic partnerships.
